I just wanted to send you a note to express my appreciation for everything you and your employees at the West Sandy Our House did for my mother. Beverly lived there over four years, and I know at times she was a difficult resident. Your employees took a personal interest in her and went beyond the expected care to meet her growing needs. As Beverly’s health failed, and she needed more assistance, your employees tried to find that balance between encouraging her to do more for herself and picking up the difference when she was not able. They kept us informed of any problems or changes in her health and were kind, friendly, and patient.
Beverly enjoyed her stay at Our House. Nate, I am also appreciative of you and your willingness to always work with us and within our financial constraints. You made it possible for us to stay at Our House when money was tight, and made allowances when Beverly’s care went beyond your charter. In talking with Marlene at Flexcare, she also mentioned that you stand out among assisted living center owners in your dedication to both patient and managing a well-run facility. She said few owners are as genuine as you. I agree. Thank you for all you did.
Susan

Our House will be switching from Pharmacy Services to 4Care Pharmacy. Central Sandy switched on Jan 3rd. Riverton will switch on Feb 28th and South Jordan will be the next home. By using 4Care Pharmacy, we will be able to more accurately adminsiter medications. It is a paperless system which we log on to a secure website and track the medications. Each home will have a laptop and be able to check off the medications, fill our reports, and logs. We have been using it in Central Sandy for 2 weeks and it has worked out really well. We will need all family members to fill out and Pharmacy agreement. There should’nt be any changes with your pharmacy payments. They will continue to bill the same insurance companies as before. Please contact the House Manager’s if you have not received a pharmacy agreement. Thank you for your support
